Self Exclusion
Time-Out and Self-Exclusion at Ffbet
Ffbet provides two protective mechanisms to support responsible gaming: Time-Out (a temporary break) and Self-Exclusion (an extended break). Both options suspend access to all products on the platform for the duration selected and prevent deposits and wagers during the applicable period.
Time-Out (Short Break)
Time-Out allows a structured pause from gameplay. Once initiated, you cannot deposit, withdraw funds, or access any of Ffbet’s products for the set period. Time-Out periods are configurable within your Account Profile under the Time-Out section. You may revoke a Time-Out only after 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiry of the Time-Out period, the account is automatically re-activated.
Self-Exclusion (Extended Break)
Self-Exclusion is a longer cessation of play. You may choose a period of between 6 months and 5 years. If you do not specify a period, a 6‑month exclusion applies. To initiate Self-Exclusion, you must submit a formal request to Ffbet Customer Support. During the Self-Exclusion period, the account is disabled and you may not log in, place bets, or deposit or withdraw funds for the entire duration. The self-imposed period cannot be varied once selected, and any extension must be arranged via Customer Care. Reactivation occurs automatically at the end of the period, unless you request an extension or a different arrangement in writing or via electronic notice, which may be approved or denied at Ffbet’s absolute discretion.
Initiating and Managing Exclusions
Starting Time-Out or Self-Exclusion requires explicit action by you, and you will receive confirmation from Ffbet. For Time-Out, revocation can occur only after 24 hours from the initial request. For Self-Exclusion, select a fixed period within the allowed range; extensions are possible upon request. If you do not submit an extension or revocation instruction, the system will enforce the end of the exclusion period automatically.
Financial Protection and Account Limits
You may impose financial and activity limits in the My Account area (deposits, losses, wagering). If you exceed a maximum limit, further actions related to that limit are restricted. Once a limit or exclusion is set, revocation requires a written or electronic notice. Ffbet will consider such requests but reserves the absolute discretion to deny them. Ffbet will take reasonable steps to ensure that Self-Exclusion and Time-Out are respected and that promotional material is not sent to excluded players. However, the company does not accept liability for activity conducted through alternate accounts or for inadvertent disclosures arising from registration details altered by the player.
What Happens After an Exclusion Ends
Upon expiration of Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, access to the platform is restored automatically unless you have requested an extension or a different arrangement. In the case of Self-Exclusion, revocation or alternative arrangements must be communicated in writing or by electronic notice and will be subject to the company’s review and discretion.
Privacy, Compliance and Support
All actions taken under Time-Out or Self-Exclusion are processed in accordance with Ffbet’s Privacy Policy and applicable regulatory requirements. If you require guidance related to gambling risks, Ffbet recommends seeking independent professional support. For initiation of Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, or for any modification to an active exclusion, contact Ffbet Customer Support at support@ffbet.
