1. General terms and acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Ffbet online gaming and betting services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. They constitute the entire agreement between you and Ffbet regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. Ffbet may amend these Terms from time to time; amendments become effective immediately upon posting on the site. Continued use of the Services after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction to register and use the Services. You must not use the Services where prohibited by law. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted is prohibited.

3. Account registration and verification

To open an account, you must provide accurate information. Ffbet reserves the right to verify identity and age at its sole discretion. You may be required to submit documents (for example, government‑issued identification and proof of address). Selfie verification may be requested. If verification cannot be completed or information is false, the account may be suspended or closed and funds may be withheld or returned as permitted by law.

4. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity on your account. Do not allow any other person to use your account. If you suspect compromise, you must immediately contact Customer Support and change credentials. Ffbet shall not be liable for activity conducted through your account once credentials have been disclosed or you've failed to maintain security measures.

5. Wagering and settlement

• Wagers must be funded from funds in your account. Bets are void if there are insufficient cleared funds or if otherwise invalidated by the Services.
• Bets confirmed by the Services are final; wagers cannot be canceled except as provided in these Terms or for declared void events.
• Our wagering records shall be deemed conclusive. Any error or discrepancy in wagering data must be reported promptly for correction; delays may affect settlement.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes or fees arising from winnings; Ffbet may withhold or report as required by law.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are conducted in the currency and by the methods offered by the Services. A minimum deposit threshold may apply by method or product.
• All withdrawals require verification of identity and, where applicable, source of funds in accordance with applicable anti‑money laundering laws. Withdrawals are paid using the same payment method used for funding where feasible.
• Where cumulative deposits reach EUR 2,000, the user may be requested to complete a customer declaration form providing enhanced information. Failure to supply requested information may suspend withdrawals or restrict access to funds.
• Processing times vary by method and region and may be subject to additional checks. Fees may apply as determined by the payment provider or regulatory requirements.
• Funds returned to the original payment method will be done in accordance with the processor’s policy and applicable law.

7. Promotions and bonuses

Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Bonuses carry playthrough requirements that must be satisfied before a withdrawal of any winnings resulting from the promotion. Example: a 100% match bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires wagering the sum of the deposited amount plus the bonus amount thirty times before a cash withdrawal is permitted. Promotions may have expiry dates, maximum withdrawal limits, and other restrictions. Ffbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotions or to restrict eligibility for certain players or activities.

8. Disputes and resolution

Disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the disputed event or decision. Ffbet will investigate disputes promptly and issue a determination. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory authority in the jurisdiction of incorporation or as otherwise required by law.

9. Responsible gaming

Ffbet promotes responsible gaming and provides tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, time-lout options, and self‑exclusion. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, consult the Responsible Gaming resources and contact Support for assistance in enabling protective measures.

10. Privacy and data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Ffbet’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference herein. We may share personal data with payment service providers and financial institutions as necessary to complete payments and may engage service providers to support operations. You have rights of access, correction and deletion under applicable law, and may contact us to exercise those rights.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including software, text, graphics, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Ffbet. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. Third‑party services

The Services may rely on third‑party providers and technology. Ffbet does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third‑party services and is not responsible for their actions, security practices or compliance.

13. Changes to Terms

Ffbet may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated and may require your express acceptance to continue using the Services. If you do not accept updated Terms, you may withdraw your funds and close your account; otherwise, continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

Ffbet may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for suspected fraud or illegal activity. In such cases, funds held in your account may be withheld or forfeited in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ffbet and its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Our liability shall be limited to the greater of the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or a contracted maximum, where applicable, and strictly to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the Maltese courts, subject to regulatory remedies available under applicable law.

17. Restricted territories

Access to and use of the Services is restricted where prohibited by law or regulation in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that use is lawful in your location. Ffbet reserves the right to determine eligibility and to suspend or deny access from certain jurisdictions now or in the future. The operator may periodically update the list of restricted territories; changes take effect upon posting and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated restrictions.

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ffbet with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of a right shall be effective unless in writing. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
