Bonus Rules

1. Introduction

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotions offered by Ffbet. Promotions include bonuses, rewards, cashback, free spins and gifts. Each promotion may have its own customer terms and conditions, which supplement or override these General Bonus Terms where indicated. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and, where applicable, the promotion-specific terms. If a provision conflicts with the promotion’s terms, the promotion terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.

2. Eligibility and participation

  • 2.1 Minimum deposit to qualify for promotions is 20 EUR or the equivalent in your currency.
  • 2.2 Where applicable, the window to claim a promotion is 24 hours from eligibility; the Welcome Offer may have a separate 30-day claim window as stated in its terms.
  • 2.3 Offers are limited to one promotion per player, per household, per device, per email address, per payment method and per IP address unless the terms specify otherwise.
  • 2.4 Only one active bonus is allowed per player at any time.
  • 2.5 Some promotions require opt-in; opt-in is typically available on the promotion page or via customer support.
  • 2.6 Ffbet reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility and to decline participation by any player who does not meet the requirements or is located in a jurisdiction where promotions are restricted.
  • 2.7 Promotions are intended for recreational playing; abusive or exploitative behavior may lead to penalties including revocation of bonuses or account closure.
  • 2.8 Ffbet reserves the right to amend or terminate any offer and to notify players where required.

3. Cash balance and bonus balance

3.1 When you make a deposit, the deposited amount is allocated to a cash balance and any promotional bonus is allocated to a separate bonus balance. 3.2 You may withdraw the cash balance before satisfying wagering requirements; doing so will forfeit any funds in the bonus balance. 3.3 When playing with an active bonus, the cash balance is used before the bonus balance. 3.4 A bonus remains in effect until the wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus funds are exhausted, or the offer expires. 3.5 Upon meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any associated winnings become withdrawable as real money. The progress toward wagering requirements is visible in the cashier balances section.

4. Wagering and game contributions

  • 4.1 Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements are 40 times the bonus amount.
  • 4.2 Game contributions toward wagering are: slots 100%, video poker 20%, table games and live casino 5%, other games 0% (unless the promotion specifies otherwise). Only bets funded from the bonus balance contribute to wagering.
  • 4.3 If a bet uses both cash and bonus balances (a mixed bet), any winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
  • 4.4 While a bonus remains active, you may not place bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet size of 10 EUR per bet or spin (or currency equivalent), unless a promotion specifies a different cap. Bets exceeding the cap may result in confiscation of the bonus funds.
  • 4.5 The stake amount paid for a game with a bonus buy or feature buy is counted as the total cost of the spin for wagering purposes, regardless of the game’s base stake.
  • 4.6 If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the current bonus and any pending free spins will be canceled.

5. Specific types of promotions and details

  • 5.1 Free Spins — Winnings are credited to the cash balance with no wagering requirements. The withdrawal limit for Free Spin winnings is 300 EUR or the equivalent. Free spins are valid for 7 days from issue. Deposits linked to free spins must be wagered at least once on slot games before withdrawal. A withdrawal request cancels any unactivated Free Spins.
  • 5.2 Instant bonuses — In exceptional cases, customer support may award an instant match bonus or similar goodwill bonus. The maximum win from such bonuses cannot exceed 20 times the value of the released bonus. Reload bonuses may be offered only if there are no pending withdrawals. The general Welcome Offer terms apply unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
  • 5.3 Welcome Offer — The Welcome Offer is available on the first deposit. It is a 100% match bonus up to 500 EUR and includes 20 Free Spins. Free spins are credited automatically when the Welcome Offer is claimed with the first deposit. Unused bonus balance expires after 30 days; free spins expire after 7 days. Affiliate offers may be available with Ffbet's permission; selecting an affiliate offer may exclude the standard Welcome Offer.
  • 5.4 Jackpots — Jackpot amounts displayed are informational; the server-side jackpot amount at the time of victory is the amount awarded. Progressive jackpots of 50,000 EUR or more may require up to 14 additional days of processing. Jackpot winnings are paid in accordance with the game and platform rules.

6. Restrictions and limitations

  • 6.1 No-deposit sign-up bonuses have a maximum withdrawal limit of 100 EUR or equivalent.
  • 6.2 For free bonuses obtained outside a promotion, the maximum withdrawal is 20 times the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the terms.
  • 6.3 Bonus offers may not be available in all jurisdictions; Ffbet reserves the right to restrict access to bonuses based on location.

7. Administration, amendments and enforcement

  • 7.1 Ffbet reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time and, where applicable, to terminate a promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.
  • 7.2 Ffbet may reclaim any bonus and any related winnings if the bonus was awarded in error or if terms were breached.
  • 7.3 Ffbet may audit gameplay and transaction records; participation in such audits is required for eligibility.
  • 7.4 Ffbet may ban a player from participating in promotions at its discretion.
  • 7.5 In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the version in effect at the time of the promotion governs interpretation.

8. Verification and responsible gaming
